What does the concept of ‘digital synesthesia’ mean? Is all digital art basically synaesthetic? Can even all media related art be called synaesthetic art? In their talk Katharina Gsöllpointner and Romana Schuler introduce the most important concepts of synesthesia and connect them to historical and contemporary works of media and perception-related art.
